1.        Visit the website of the self-service system of campus network (http://tulip.dlut.edu.cn), click “注册计费账号”and then fill in the appropriate information as required to finish the registration.

2.        After the registration, use the student number (staff number) as the user name, the password of the self-service system of campus network as the login password to log in the system.

3.        Personal account, balance, bills and some other information can be checked after logging in the system.
