Log in the campus card website or the “iDUT” customer terminal to report the loss or call 84708642 at any time to report the loss; or report the loss by self-service terminals.
Lost Report Cancelling
If you find the card after reporting the loss, you can cancel it through campus card self-service terminals. Then you can use it normally after the above operation. You cannot carry out self-service cancelling for safety concerns if using initial password. And you should go to service halls of the Network Information Center for solution.
You can get a new card with valid documents in the service halls. Students can also get new card by self-service machines.
